Cons

Outdated IT resources. Large age gap between experienced employees and new hires. Knowledge transfer is difficult with a lot of relying on personal accountability to learn new concepts.

Advice to Senior Management

Understand the difference in thoughts of the new hires. Outdated management methods are not exciting for the recent on boarders.
