Pros

Wonderful people, employees care about you as a person, relaxed with work hours, team building activities, Mentors to assist with personal development

Cons

Incentivise employees more with things like more rewards and/or competitions. Sometimes may require overtime work, but is sometimes compensated. Graduate program less flexible

    Pros

    Salary is the only advantage. But really the stress and pressure is not worth it. Think about your health and state of mind..

    Cons

    Lots of overtime, stress, pressure and no support at all. No training provided, all you are given is a desk and computer and work it out yourself! Have to be a miracle worker to achieve sky high sales and revenue targets. Expectation is a 1k a day and if you don't meet that then expect to stay behind late until you do. Diary must be full everyday with 25+ calls that MUST be made everyday. If you don't do it then expect to be thrown to the kerb or lectured. No coaching and terrible environment to work in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take note as to what the other Big 4 banks are doing, because they are doing it right. They care for the workers and provide support and training. How can you expect your workers to do unthinkable things just so you achieve targets. Disgusting! No thanks!!
