Westpac Banking – “Not bad for a medium satisfaction job”

Pros

There were nice opportunites such as good computers and interesting colleagues. The manager is also lenient making it a comfortable environment.

Cons

Not enough recognition for hard work put in, salary too low for the effort given. Could also do with better holiday pay.

Advice to Senior Management

Allow greater pay increases for database administrators, give them better holiday options and provide an overall more comfortable working environment.
