Westwood College – “Hard work, but rewarding”

Pros

fun environment, lots of training, talented individuals, good benefits, good recognition programs, departments work well together- lots of internal customer service

Cons

not appreciated, work your butt off, make sure to negotiate a good salary when you start- if not, your screwed, nationally accredited school- has a bad reputation which is no fault of your own, but you are left defending the school all the time to students, parents and other professionals/companies

Advice to Senior Management

work on cleaning up the bad online reviews and get regional accreditation
