I worked at Westwood College

Pros – Flexible hours, free parking, gym on site

Cons – Salaries are way under market which is probably why they cannot hold onto anybody that is worth anything. Raises are pretty much non-existent and bonus for one year was a 15 dollar Mc Donalds gift card. When somebody leaves then they just dump extra work on who ever is left. Managers say they appreciate you and respect you but actions are quite different. It does not have to be spoken but is already understood that you are a disposable unit. It is sad that they are so concerned with the bottom line and not the quality of the product.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees market rate and throw in a little Starbucks coffee and i bet you will keep people around more than 6 months at a time.
