Cons

You only get promoted if you befriend the dm. If you do enough @ss kissing, then you'll get your own store or get moved into a higher volume store. Its without a doubt a "who you know" environment and if they want to get rid of anyone to plot someone else taking your spot, they'll "find" reasons to write you up in order to get you out. Its a catty cult like environment and I'd NEVER suggest working there. Its a disgusting, fake, cold place to be, especially when you put your heart and sweat into it and it doesn't matter unless you throw someone under the bus & "rat people out" to keep your own job.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up and stop letting certain DM's who don't deserve their positon, walk around with starbucks all day, "run" a disgustingly fake, two faced, lets step on people who we don't personally like, and let "certain managers" get away with not meeting expectatins because we're friends, district. Its a complete circus. Open your eyes.
