Former Employee – worked at Wet Seal

Pros – They give an awesome discount! They really seem to value their employees and often give you recognition for a job well done. They definitely pay more than other similar stores.

Cons – It is not the best or most prestigious retail company. Wet Seal is pretty cheap and the quality of clothing is not as good as other places. The style of clothing presented is a little bit "ghetto" and not exactly high end. It can not even pass as high end most of the time.

Advice to Senior Management – Recruit internally and promote corporate positions based on sales associates from the floor. Take more advice from those on the floor most often.
