Pros

Great place to work. It is nice being there at night when everything is quiet. A member of my family worked here and was able to get me a job for the summer while I was home from college. I enjoyed the people I worked with a lot and got to get in touch with my roots in south warren. I drove over 45 minutes each way to get there, like several other people I worked with, but it was the best job going, paying almost $20 an hour during the night shift. They are a great company and I would like to find something available higher in the corporation.

Cons

Very tedious and boring, but it paid very well for a summer job. I remember many nights of 110 degree heat in the factory between the machines, wearing a "sauna suit", scraping out the left over remaining garbage starch from the corrogator, this sucked bigtime. I felt very dirty whenever I left, but I felt like I had put in 8 hours of honest work. Management was harsh on the union employees, and gave me a very hard time whenever I needed to take a day off or come in late. I think there were too many managers on the floor, especially during 1st shift.

Advice to Senior Management

There are way too many managers and supervisors walking around on the floor when people are trying to work, especially during the 1st shift.
