Weyerhaeuser – “Low stress job; good pay for effort.”

Pros

Work was relatively easy and low stress
I rarely had to work overtime and never had a problem taking off when I wanted to
The people were great to work with and we hung out outside of work
They have a great internship program, which I started with
I like their recognition and rewards system that they use to give you positive feedback

Cons

Lack of opportunity for advancement
Salary was much less than I could get elsewhere (albeit more hours/expectations)
Management was not good at mentoring

Advice to Senior Management

Give more feedback to employees
Let employees know what's going on before the public!
