now a smaller company that hasn't transitioned to smaller company nimble thinking. management talks of appreciation but there are no individual pats on the back. recently, many lower management types got their salary grades reduced and were eliminated from any long term incentive plans
Advice to Senior Management
middle management has no practical field experience as senior management and lower management has, so there is a bottleneck right below the VPs that is stagnating the system and hindering going forward quickly.
