Pros

WRECO division of Weyerhaeuser is an excellent division to work for I'm told. They provide excellent training opportunity as well as embrassing diversity.

Cons

The engineered wood side of Weyerhaeuser is very old school. The good ole boy system is in full effect! They openly show unfairness towards minority employees and base promotions off personal relationships with management and subordinates and not on performance and/or knowledge skills.

Advice to Senior Management

Open your doors and welcome diverse opinions and embrass all that diversity has to offer.
