“Overall this was a good experience working for Weyerhaeuser.”
Former Employee – worked at Weyerhaeuser full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – A lot of good people work here. Unfortunately a lot were also lost when they did a corporate downsizing in 2010.
Cons – Management will force business changes down from the top without imput from the rank and file on how it will impact their business.
Management feels no other competitor can offer what they do but your customers know better than that.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees concerns when they question radical changes. You won't have to back peddle when you find out you forced changes through from the top that didn't work.
