Pros

Used to have good growth opportunities, used to be a big stable company with good benefits

Cons

Used to be a good company, now just a shrinking giant fighting to survive

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce the numbers of Managers consistent with shrinking company get rid of the old guard and bring in some of the younger talent fast
