Pros

The company was a great place to work with many opportunities for employees to advance and grow.

Cons

In the last few years it became impossible to advance and impossible goals were set which only created failure.

Advice to Senior Management

Any more cuts and the company will bleed to death and not be able to survive when the economy turns arround.
