Whataburger – “Ok for a short period of time”

Pros

The pay was slightly more than other area fast food places. Easy to work around your schedule. The store is much cleaner than other places.

Cons

Unfair advancement oppurtunitys. The regional supervisor would usually only promote women at my store, he had unethical business practices. They would promote high school dropouts over college students. Had unrealistic goals for the crew to reach. Managers would be playing on the internet at work and leave just a few people to do the work.

Advice to Senior Management

They should have better middle management, have more ethical and professional people working, dont promote on good looks, instead promote on skill of the job.
