I have been working at Whataburger full-time for less than a year

Pros

Everyone is friendly. The shifts are great, my hours are usually set but sometimes changed. The pay is good and hours are wonderful.

Cons

Customers can be deceitful, but what can we do except please them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

We need to change some policies. A lot of people lie and steel food by saying something was missing that they never ordered. We don't ask for receipts. We just give and give.

    the employees. Great company events.

    Cons

    Slow processes. Slow at promoting. Politics.

    Try not to micromanage, and don't always assume the worst of
    your employees.

    reasonable pay :discounts; great benafets; job advancement:

    Cons

    shitty hours :call for hours always hanged up or left on hold:ask t o speak with manger call ends;told tocall and ask if they need any heip they either hang up or put on hold

    give at least 20 hours a week ;dont hang up talk to employee
