Former Employee – worked at Whataburger part-time for more than a year

Pros – Good Work
Good People to work with and for

Cons – Hours suck, and too much gossiping between management and employment

Advice to Senior Management – Quite playing favorites with senior employees and realize that even though its only fast food to give everyone fair hours. If you tell someone you like the work they are doing then show it by scheduling them more hours
