Good job for the money. Safe, Friendly company and co workers.

It's a 24 hour business. Might have to work overnights.

Advice to Management

Listen to the employees and not get too buddy buddy with some of the employees.

  1. No longer a family oriented company. Outsourcing and good-ol'boy system.

    Pros

There have to be some, but I cannot think of any since Mrs. Dobson passed...the company has become nonfamily oriented, more corporatist.

    Cons

The passing of Mrs. Dobson has allowed the more greedy portion of the family to take over. Wage reductions, indifference to employees and "family members" has become common place. Are you orange enough? The employees would be if they were not black and blue from the corporate drones.

    Advice to Management

Remember where the company started, family values and caring for employees. Mrs. Dobson is turning in her grave.

    Pros

You get paid to eat food

    Cons

I now feel guilty for endorsing fast food products to an already obese country

    Advice to Management

Keep finding more young, fit people to advertise your product, it sells pretty well.
