Pros

here you get pay increases every 6 months and they are quick to tell you how well of a job you are doing

Cons

the only one i have seen is if you made a error in your past that shows up on your record they wont even think about letting you get a promotion. personnally i dont think thats very fair

Advice to ManagementAdvice

if you have an employee that you feel would be great in management you uld fight for them to become a part of management team

I have been working at Whataburger

    Pros

Whataburger pays their managers well and they have a pretty good benefit and 401k system. Overtime is a requirement for all managers so the paychecks are pretty good. Get paid every week rather than bi-weekly. Closed on Christmas.

    Cons

As far as advancement within the company, I think it all depends on who likes you the most and not so much your skill level. Long hours and usually requires me to work odd hours as the company is open 24/7. Only closed on Christmas and no other national holidays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better politics involved in the advancement within the company. I think that they need to interrogate their possible promotees more thouroughly
