Wheaton College (IL) – “Good place to work in the summer”

Pros

Guaranteed 40 hours a week if you want them; time off when you need it; and great people to work with. The foremen are excellent and understanding - they are willing to work with your schedules if you let them know ahead of time. The work can be tough some days, but usually it is very manageable and reasonable. Fun people to work with and a great work environment

Cons

Pay is not excellent per hour, but you can make more in the long run because you are getting 40 hours a week. Can get somewhat slow and monotonous, but what job doesn't from time to time.

Advice to Senior Management

Not much to offer - good job. Some higher pay would be nice - especially for returning people.
