I have been working at Wheels full-time

Pros

Good compensation, quality work/life balance, most senior management seems to care for the employees, very generous, cares about the community, very friendly employees

Cons

A few members of management are allowed to function as little dictators which completely kills morale, location in des plaines is not ideal, spend way to much time working around problem employees rather than solving business problems, to many "no men" need more people that want to solve problems, business strategy is not transparent enough - lots of compartments for an organization of this size

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Screw-ups will happen - please have trust that people are taking it very seriously and want to resolve as soon as possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

DSC management is wonderful - they clearly care very much for their employees. AE's and higher management however are not accessible and make you feel unimportant. It is hard to be heard.
