Pros

Great attitudes and personalities of fellow coworkers. They also try to keep you working somewhat close to home so there's little commute.

Cons

Pay could be a little better and sometimes, depending on the patrol or facility being secured, it can get a little boring.

Advice to Senior Management

A dollar or two more an hour would be great! Other than that, keep up the good work! Thank you!
