They are a very accepting company that takes time to train it's employees so they can progress in the company.

Cons

At times the feedback given was out of place. The projects given were not of great calibur in order to prove talents or improve competencies.

    - 'Consensus culture'... very slow to make critical decisions
    - Strong focus on outsourcing of knowledge positions creates knowledge gaps
    - Rural area
    - Failure of leadership to remove poor performers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - "Cut the fat" by removing poor performers... not outsourcing whole departments
    - Embrace experimentation and change
    - Make decisions quickly... own the decision... consensus is not always required.
