I have been working at Whirlpool full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – paid vacations, health insurance benefits and 401k.

Cons – how dis -satisfied the Advisors are at all times. No appreciation is ever shown, unless its a certain day of the year that they receive their bonus checks. The only way to get to promoted to a higher position, is if you're married to or dating a person high up on the ladder.

Advice to Senior Management – If profit sharing and pensions were once again given to the hourly employees, there would be better quality products put out--they would once again start to care . Also if advisors were to speak to employees for other reasons except to let them know that they're doing something wrong, employee morale would be a lot better.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
