Pros

The people are great and knowledgeable. There is a lot of opportunity for personal and professional development. Work hard and show results and you will be rewarded. There is a work -life balance at Whirlpool.

Cons

Not close to major cities which makes it harder to attract younger talent.

    Pros

    paid vacations, health insurance benefits and 401k.

    Cons

    how dis -satisfied the Advisors are at all times. No appreciation is ever shown, unless its a certain day of the year that they receive their bonus checks. The only way to get to promoted to a higher position, is if you're married to or dating a person high up on the ladder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If profit sharing and pensions were once again given to the hourly employees, there would be better quality products put out--they would once again start to care . Also if advisors were to speak to employees for other reasons except to let them know that they're doing something wrong, employee morale would be a lot better.
