Pros

This is a good company to work for.
Whirlpool seems to attract and retain talent. Some divisions have a significant number of employees who have stayed for over 10-20years. The benefits offered are above industry standards and employees have a sense of security regarding their jobs.

Cons

Closed culture. Difficult for many to adapt and hence be accepted by the Company. As with all big organizations, it takes time to make any change.

Advice to Senior Management

Be open to other people's point of view. After all, people who join our organization bring in a wealth of information.
You must have more anonymous sessions to gain feedack for all levels of employees and implement good ideas
