Pros

Globally known company. One of the big players in their industry. No outside ventures beyond their main manufacturing lines.

Cons

Only looking at their bottom line. Kick out the experience and expect great results from the lack of experience.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your experienced people and don't penalize them for speaking up.

    Colleagues worked together to achieve results
    Great cooperation and team building

    Cons

    Upper management/ Parent company decided that only university education was minimum prerequisite regardless of proven documented performance of dedicated employees resulting in massive layoffs

    Support employees with proven track records over blind directives
