Whirlpool – “Not a bad place to work...”

Pros

Not a bad place to work at all; management is understanding and gives you tools to be successful. Whirlpool is a market leader, so customers all know the products well. More opportunity for advancement would be nice, but overall, a good company.

More reviews to talk about personal performance and career paths. Also, senior management could give more advice, but it is not bad the way it is.
