Pros

Nice small town to live and work in.
WHR is a family friendly employer.
The opportunities to see multiple areas of the company are available.

Cons

Not in a big town... may not be the right place for those looking to live in Chicago, New York, or LA.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more candid about what is going on within the company. This is a typical corporation in America, so employees expect the norm... break above the crowd and be open and honest in all of your dealings.
