Pros

Lots of options given to new hire. Very easy to get involved in major projects and be able to take a significant role with the design.

Cons

The benton harbor and st. joseph area is probably not for those used to city life. However, there are some big cities (Chicago) nearby.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue pursuing a global strategy to help ride out these tough times in the US. If you don't start attacking the low-end market though, LG and others are going to gain a huge market share as consumers are looking only to spend bottom dollar in these tough times.
