I worked at Whitaker Medical

Pros

There is great income potential if you work hard. Business-casual attire and aesthetically pleasing work environment. Small enough to offer a "family" feel. Recruiters work within a team as well as individually. Benefits, perks, people are above-average for the industry.

Cons

Very hard to move up in the company because they don't place much emphasis on growth. This is not a huge problem for those who don't care to move into a management role, but if you don't want to solely work a desk for the rest of your life, it can leave you feeling professionally stunted.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow the company so you can offer more management opportunities.

I worked at Whitaker Medical full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone was always willing to help get you started and offer tips based on their experience. Not much drama in the office.

    Cons

As a recruiter, this job is cold calls all day. They expect you to make 100 a day into hospitals and doctors offices which I found very stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More call camps to help new recruiters learn better cold call techniques.
