I have been working at White House Black Market part-time for more than a year
Pros – Bonus system: you are rewarded for your outstanding achievement through commission.
Great work environment and product to sell: easy to succeed because of the tools given to you by management and the company.
Cons – Little to no advancement with part-time work. The Keyholder position is supposed to be part-time (around 25-30 hours per week), but most upper management wants the sales lead to have completely OPEN availability. If you have anything else on your schedule (i.e. school, family, etc), it is hard to get that position.
If you are a good employee, they tend to overwork you.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
