* People are stellar and I've formed lasting friendships.

I have been working at WhiteHat Security full-time

    Pros

Entry level positions in an industry where it's not always easy to get experience.

    Cons

Lowest compensation in the industry by far. Sales drives all decisions and they don't even know what the product is. Fundamentally broken products kept on life support by the extraordinary level of customer service. Many of the executives tend to play favorites and lots of political drama. Lots of turnover and unable to maintain talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees and invest in your products and the products will sell themselves
