“As long as I think only in my shoes it's tolerable.”
Current Employee – been working at WhitePages.com
Pros – The casual attire environment is appreciated. The benefits are great especially for a smaller size company. Getting to participate and being encouraged to do so with things like United Day of Caring are nice.
Cons – Compensation is lacking. When salary.com shows my title median pay at 20% more than what i make it's very disappointing. Seeing folks that have devoted time and energy to the company for a long time get no respect.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating employees like baseball cards. Start making your employees happy and they may stick around for more than a year.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
