Pros

Great opportunities and benefits.Their culture is inspiring and team members are generally joyous people. There are a lot of places to go in this company, job tittle and location vary greatly. they encourage a lot of individual growth and offer a huge basis of knowledge for you to drawn on and master. Many of their policies and procedures focus on team member happiness which is nice. Everything is run efficiently because of their intense system of checks and balances.

Cons

Strict, sometimes anal. Don't expect to get away with much, even in management positions. It's a tough work environment, a lot is demanded out of one person. Sometimes Team members crack under the pressure and quit and that can be demoralizing to everyone else on staff. Customers are often rude

Advice to Management

Recognize the Team Members more for their work and effort. Don't discourage the overachievers even if you're bored of the job you've been doing for 10+ years. Instead give them some of your duties. You set the example of how you want your team to be, so don't get angry at them for doing something wrong if you do it wrong all the time.

    Pros

Great food, good discount, great people to work alongside

    Cons

Has grown too corporate and is no longer able to live up to what it wants to and promises to be. Tm's at store level are squeezed to keep company profitable. Wf has forgotten what originally made it great- the people who work there.

    Advice to Management

Regain some of the soul of the co. Stop selling out your employees to make yourself that next bonus.

Good place for a kid, but not for an adult.

    Pros

Usually work well around your hours, depending on school. As well as time off requests.

    Cons

Pay is minimal, better than minimum wage but getting a raise seldom happens. If it does its 15 cents after 1 year.. Management is a mess. Let people get away with alot of things and people will take advantage of that. Too many disrespectful people who arent punished or held accountable for being late, calling out, abusing their time even though customers need help, giving others in the store "attitude" when they dont want to do anything. This place seems to be an extension of high school attitudes where its a very social place. People would rather stand around and talk than help anyone out. If you are a slacker, this is the job for you but if your looking for something more meaningful, I wouldn't waste your time.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your departments, see who is really doing the work and who is just putting on that fake smile to make you happy. The people who do the least work make sure that the management knows it. The ones who work hard dont usually look for recognition but appreciate it when they dont have to force the management to see what they are contributing. Make sure you work with your departments, get down on the battleground and get to know your people. It wont take long to figure out who is there for a free paycheck and who actually cares.
