Working at Whole Foods Corporate IT a While Back

Developer/Analyst (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsWonderful focus on employees; allows employees to try new techniques; fun working environment;

ConsIT was not really central, so stores and distribution centers had many applications and methodologies IT was supposed to support. At the time of my employment, compensation was sub-par.

Advice to Senior ManagementLighten up a bit -- not everything is a crisis.
