Cons

Constant schedule changes on a weekly basis

Advice to Management

Don't do crazy stuff, like having your TMs close one night (11:30 PM) and then open the very next day (5:30 AM). We need at least 7 hours of sleep to function properly the next day. Thank you.

    Pros

Great Benefits, supportable Core Values, and regular training is made available to all of the team members equally. Open door policy to resolve conflict.

    Cons

They hire character more than intelligence at the store level, which can be a bonus until you want serious answers regarding their standards and beliefs.
