I have been working at Whole Foods Market

    Pros

Healthcare benefits are significant. Especially rewarding to work for them if you can align your ideals with them.

    Cons

You will end up babysitting stoned kids. Being whole foods does not completely exclude you from typical retail frustrations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The best managers at whole foods encourage good work rather than micro managing.

I worked at Whole Foods Market part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great culture, amazing company, good benefits. If you want to work for a company that is changing the food industry, this is the place to be.

    Cons

Repetitive, but so is any cashier position. I can't image a store I'd rather work for in a mundane position.
