I worked at Whole Foods Market part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you get on the right team, it can feel really good to work together.

    Cons

The pay was low, and the demand for work was high. Also doing art-related work there wasn't compensated very well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I felt disposable working here--not sure how to change that, but it's something to consider.

    Pros

    Good starting pay and benefits.

    Cons

Leaders don't always act like leaders. I've seen management force out long term employees and getting them to quit.

    Better communication between higher ups.
