Whole Foods – “Look before you leap!”

Benefits are good and for now job seems to be secure. Store level senior management is excellent.
Cons
Direct regional support is disorganized and unprofessional and it has been my biggest dissapointment with Whole Foods.
Advice to Senior Management
Take a serious look at some the regional personnel. Are these people really the best we have the provide regional support?
