“Great Environment to work in.”
Current Employee – been working at Whole Foods full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lots of room for advacement. Great Benefits even at part time. The company gives you a sense of pride and satisfaction. Fast growing corporation.
Cons – The way the promotions and compensation can be very political. Almost everyone must start at the bottom and work up from there. A college degree doesn't have any value.
Advice to Senior Management – College Management Program.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
