The Core Values - highest quality products; the quality of customer service delivered by the cast and crew; most are proud of what they do and it shows.
Cons
In today's economy, it grows increasingly more difficult to be the representative of what has become known as "whole paycheck." It is harder and harder to be the deliverer of the phrase, "you get what you pay for" - which is true - but when time are tough, they are tough for everyone and I totally understand why we don't necessarily want to pay $20 for a bottle of olive oil or $31.99/ lb for obscure cheeses...
but remember, retail is hard no matter who the company - it is a tough, often misunderstood, job that is frequently deemed quite lowly. Yes, anyone can potentially start off in retail, but it is very hard to suceed in Retail. It requires hard work.
