Pros

The 20 percent discount that employees get. The benefits are free if you are full time after a bout 6 months. It is much more relaxed than a business environment. There is a lot of different things to pick from on your break. You work with mostly competent people. There are a lot of different departments to work in.

Cons

People want to get in a position and not move which makes it harder and takes longer to move up to where you want to be. You want to eat all the time, so you will gain weight if you are not careful.
