Current Employee – been working at Whole Foods full-time for more than a year

Pros – Twenty percent discount on groceries

Cons – Disorganized management, no training, low pay, bad hours, no opportunity for career growth unless you want to go into management, high turn over, young employees with no education.

Advice to Senior Management – Work on keeping current employees to stay.
