Working at one of the larger stores can be really hectic and at times be staffed with too many managers and supervisors making top down management redundant and confusing.

Advice to Senior Management

The STL training needs to be much ore rigorous with the candidates working a few months with every team. Additionally regional and national leadership needs to work at least a few shifts a year in the store.
