Dedicated, mission driven, growing organization

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsAll the passion of a mission driven non-profit, with crazy smart staff.
Excellent benefits.
Management who cares.
An environment with minimal hierarchy with a high level of transparency.

ConsYes, it's a non-profit so comp isn't as high as tech companies, but staff are here for the mission.
Some growing pains from being a tiny foundation, but these are being addressed and structure is carefully being made.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep working to clarify policies and improve efficiency.
