“The ability to combine work and play.”
Current Employee – been working at Wilbur-Ellis full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Wilbur-Ellis is a large company with many opportunities. I was lucky to start out in a position that I was qualified for and am well suited to. Others have been in positions that they have been able to move away from either for something more rewarding or more in their experience level.
Cons – We are so bit that sometimes the left hand doesn't even recognize the right hand.
Advice to Senior Management – Our management has it under control. I trust their leadership and even when I'm frustrated by some of their decisions or lack of decisions I know that I have it better than most as our management is accessible and reasonable, they do not live in glass houses.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
