Pros

For IT staff, the work/like balance allows you to live your life while still being challenged on a daily basis.

Cons

The company is in transition and IT management is losing talented professionals while they play the political game. A lot of dead weight in IT that lack the drive to move the company in the right direction.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Evaluate your teams on an individual basis and look at the contributions specific team members make.

Pretty good, they have a great work environment but they hire all their consultants thru agencies, which sucks.

    Pros

Smart people, rich company, pleasant atmosphere

    Cons

It's like the story of the Emperor's New Clothes over there. Worked for nearly 2 years on a software application that failed catastrophically, and everyone knew it wasn't working, except for the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't offshore development.
