I have been working at Wiley full-time

    Pros

The company's benefit offerings are good--particularly with time off. The people that work there are nice. There are opportunities to advance within the company.

    Cons

Wiley does not do summer hours. Sometimes getting tasks done takes extra time because of bureaucracy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline processes so there is less red tape to clear.
