Little prospects but very established and comfortable culture

I worked at Wiley full-time for more than a year

Proswork life balance is highly valued, the management does not endorse overtime.

Consthe chances of moving up the ladder is very slim, perhaps 1 out of 30 employees will move to the next rank between 3-4 years.
