Good Cause, Life-Sucking Organization.

ProsTheir cause is an excellent one. Preserve open space inside Will County, for use by residents and future generations.

ConsManagement cares only about themselves and how high they can push their salaries. They take polls of the average employee, and SAY they care about it, but they don't. Then they whine and complain about how much health care costs, and how hard it is to pay for everything! There are a LOT of over-paid people there, and there are several useless lumps passing themselves off as employees, but are never released or properly managed. Way too many whiners and moaners, and very few people who actually work hard. The people who do work hard, are rewarded with more work, and more criticism, with little to no financial compensation upgrade; and they flat out refuse to re-work 10-year-old job descriptions to make them accurate.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet your act together and take care of your employees. Take time to actually listen to their concerns, and requests for professional growth/assistance. The organization is way too top-heavy, and those people could not possibly care less about fellow employees in lower-level positions.
